Оffice rents in Dubai and Abu Dhabi increased in Q1 2022, according to the consulting group, Knight Frank.
Five out of 27 locations tracked in Dubai have seen office rents return to 2019 levels. For comparison: Dubai In the Business Bay, оffice rent soared by 30% (up to $288 per m²) from Q1 2020 to Q1 2022.
