Abu Dhabi According to the Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport, 3,304 real estate transactions worth $3,1 billion were registered: 1,722 transactions – $1.2 billion in cash sales 1,582 transactions – $1.9 billion in mortgages Areas with the highest transaction value: 1. Yas Island – $327 million 2. Saadiyat Island – $183.2 million 3. Reem Island – $163 million Sharjah According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, 21,615 real estate transactions worth $1.71 billion were registered. 1,225 residential properties were sold, which is 72.1% of the total properties sold. This is 17.3% more than in Q1 2021. Investors from 56 countries engaged in real estate transactions:
- UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries – $1.36 billion
- Оther countries – $353.9 million
