– Compared to 2023, property sales price index increased by 1.74 points, from 111.12 to 112.86, an increase of 1.56%
– Compared to January 2023, prices increased by 19.20%
- Rent
– Compared to December 2023, property rent price index increased by 3.69 points, from 111.59 to 115.28, an increase of 3.30%
– Compared to January 2023, prices increased by 18.99%
This is high figures for rent prices in Dubai in comparison with previous months.
Abu Dhabi
- Sale
– Compared to December 2023, property sales price index increased by 1.13 points, from 83.82 to 84.95, an increase of 1.35%
– Compared to January 2023, prices increased by 6.78%
- Rent
– Compared to December 2023, property rent price index increased by 1.79 points, from 73.03 to 74.82, an increase of 2.44%
– Compared to January 2023, prices increased by 6.74%
