Record growth in the average rent was registered in Dubai in September 2022.
According to global commercial real estate services, CBRE. Average rental price increased by 26.6% compared to September 2021. In September 2022, average rental price:
- Apartments – $24,500
- Villas – $73,200

- Villas – Al Barari ($257,700)
