Record residential rental prices were registered in Q4 2021 according to the ValuStrat Index (VPI).
Rental prices:
- Increased by 6.7% compared to Q3 2021
- Increased by 18.9% compared to Q4 2020
This is the highest quarterly rate since 2014. Compared to Q3 2021, rental prices for: Villas increased by 6.3% Apartments increased by 6.9% Compared to Q4 2020, rental prices for: Villas increased by 26.8% Apartments increased by 14.3% Residential net yields decreased slightly to an average of 5.9% with: Villas – at 3.7% Apartments – at 6.2%
