Abu Dhabi

- Compared to June 2023, property sales price index increased by 0.84 points, from 80.29 to 81.13. An increase of 1.05%.
- Compared to June 2022, prices increased by 2.81%.
– Rent
- Compared to June 2023, property rent price index decreased by 0.30 points, from 70.67 to 70.37. An decrease of 0.43%.
