Abu Dhabi

- Compared to March 2024, property sales price index decreased by 0.06 points, from 85.87 to 85.81, a decrease of 0.07%
- Compared to April 2023, prices increased by 7.12%
– Rent
- Compared to March 2024, property rent price index increased by 0.74 points, from 75.79 to 76.53, an increase of 0.98%
