- Compared to June 2023, property sales price index increased by 2.06 points, from 102.36 to 104.42, an increase of 2.01%.
- Compared to July 2022, prices increased by 18.14%.
– Rent
- Compared to June 2023, property rent price index increased by 1.09 points, from 103.38 to 104.47, an increase of 1.05%.
- Compared to July 2022, prices increased by 21.98%.
Abu Dhabi
– Sale
- Compared to June 2023, property sales price index increased by 0.95 points, from 81.13 to 82.08, an increase of 1.16%.
- Compared to July 2022, prices increased by 3.2%.
– Rent
- Compared to June 2023, property rent price index decreased by 0.36 points, from 70.37 to 70.01, a decrease of 0.51%.
- Compared to July 2022, prices increased by 0.40%.
