A European real estate developer, R.evolution, announced the launch of the first tower with private waterfalls in Dubai

Eywa tower is situated on the banks of Dubai Water Canal, and will offer Dubai Downtown and Burj Khalifa views. It will be the first residential project in the UAE for R.evolution.
The project is inspired by the Banyan tree and floating Hallelujah mountains from "Avatar". The design refers to an organic wave of branches and an interlace of roots.
The 19-storey tower includes 48 premium 2–5 bedroom residences with ultra-luxurious finishing.
