Residential property prices increased by 58.9% from April 2021 to April 2022
According to the consulting group, Knight Frank TOP areas in price growth of luxury home sales: 1. Palm Jumeirah 2. Emirates Hills 3. Jumeirah Bay Island A number of new records have been registered in the market in the Q1 2022:
- Sold 32 luxury properties with $10 million plus price tag
- Sold the most expensive villa in Dubai
The Atlantis The Royal Residences on Palm Jumeirah has sold out almost all residential units – 230 residences
Only one object remained for sale – a 3-storey penthouse with 2 terraces and pools with an area of 2,322 m². This is the most expensive penthouse in Dubai. The cost is $49 million.
