Abu Dhabi's first wellness island to get self driving transport
Software developer, Bayanat, has signed an agreement with real estate developer Imkan for the development of smart mobility infrastructure on Sha Emirates Island.
Location: Al Jurf
The project will include the development of:
- Virtual Replica of the Island
- Autonomous Transportation Ecosystem with Artificial Intelligence Support
Abu Dhabi's real estate sector attracted a record $493 million in foreign direct investment in Q1 2024
400+ investors from different source markets completed 6,000+ transactions, including:
- 3,724 – sales and purchases
- 2,328 – mortgage transactions
According to a report by the consulting firm Mordor Intelligence, the UAE construction market will grow from $41 billion in 2024 to $50+ billion in 2029.
