- Strengthen the Sobha Realty brand in the UK market
The developer gains:
- Presence at all domestic games played at Emirates Stadium in London
- Naming rights for a premium hospitality suite WM Club at Emirates Stadium: now it will be known as The WM Club, Presented by Sobha Realty
The developer, Danube Properties, has fully sold out Tower 1 with 500+ units in Oceanz by Danube
– Dubai Maritime City
The project comprises two towers with 1,250 units.
This is the developer's fifth project in 2023. Start of sales was announced in September
