The construction of the unique Eywa tower has begun
The project is inspired by the Tree of Life and the floating mountains from the 'Avatar' film.
According to the 25-year tradition the European developer, R.Evolution, has laid down a Time Capsule in the building's foundation.

Developers, Ellington Properties and Dutco Group, have announced the ground-breaking of the project, One River Point.

- Direct Access to Boardwalk
- Panoramic Windows with Burj Khalifa and Sea Views

Samana Developers will launch 18 projects worth $3.5 billion in 2024.
