The master developer, Marjan, has unveiled the mega-project, RAK Central
Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah
The mixed-use destination will include:
– 280,000m2 of Office Space
– 4,000+ Apartments
– 3 Hotels with 1,000+ Keys
– Retail and Entertainment Facilities
– Parks and Green Spaces
RAK Central will offer 34 freehold residential tower plots for sale.
The towers can reach 45 floors.
The development will feature spectacular views of the sea and Al Hamra Golf Club.
– Completion – Q4 2026
Marjan is the developer behind Al Marjan Island, a development of 4 artificial islands with over 7.8km of beaches. The islands will be home to major hotels and residential projects, such as:
