The Number of International Visitors to the DWTC Increased

In 2023, the number of international visitors to the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) increased by 50%.

According to the DWTC Annual Report, in 2023:

• Total Economic Output reached $5 billion
• 301 Events Were Held, Including 75 Large-scale Exhibitions, Conventions, and Conferences
• 69,000 Jobs Supported
• Number of International Participants at Events – 1.5 Million People

DWTC drives the growth of many business sectors, including hotels, aviation, transportation, retail and restaurants. It is part of the Dubai Economic Program (D33).

Foreign visitors spend $2,800 per event – 6 times higher than the local expenditure of participants.
