In the FDI Confidence Index 2023 by consulting firm Kearney, the UAE ranked:
- First place in the MENA region
- Third place in the world
The rating helps business leaders to choose emerging markets that are attractive for investment.
Investment company, Mubadala and developer, Aldar Properties will build 37-floor office tower in Abu Dhabi.
Al Maryah Island Leasable area – 63,000m² Completion of construction – 2026 The tower is expected to receive LEED Gold Certified by the US Green Building Council. In 2022, Aldar bought 4 towers worth $1.17 billion from Mubadala.
