The UAE has been ranked 2nd globally in terms of per capita solar consumption in 2022
According to the data from the Statistical Review of World Energy:
- Australia – 3,868 kilowatt hours
- UAE – 1,921 kilowatt hours
90% of the UAE land mass has the capability to produce solar energy. The country is developing:
- World's largest solar plant in Abu Dhabi
- Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park in Dubai
The UAE and Armenia have reached a visa-free regime agreement for the citizens of the two countries
Earlier, it was allowed only for the citizens with Diplomatic passports.
Dubai marine transport master plan 2030 encompasses a 400% increase in passenger lines
The plan includes:
- 188% growth of the marine transport network (55km – 158km)
