The UAE's passport was included in TOP 10 most powerful passports globally, according to the Henley Passport Index
The index compares the visa policies of 227 countries and ranks them by the number of visa-free destinations available to their citizens.
In 18 years, the UAE has climbed from 62nd to 9th position, by the number of visa-free destinations:
- 35 countries – 2006
- 185 countries – 2024
Singapore topped the ranking – 195 countries
