Used for analysis of Dubai residential real estate market We present these indices in our news. 1.REIDIN Residential Property Price Indices Are calculated by using the Dutot formula – the ratio of average prices per sqm for the sale and rental of residential property in 25 districts. Updated monthly and quarterly Base year – 2014 2.ValuStrat Price Index (VPI) Applies weighted averages using data samples representing up to 95% of the market across Dubai. Updated: For residential capital values – monthly For rental values – quarterly Base year – 2014 3.Mo'asher – Residential Rental Performance Index by Dubai Land Department (DLD) Calculations are based on a hedonic regression model with attributes:

Updated monthly Base year – 2013 Index values may differ due to different calculation methodology, but they clearly reflect the dynamics of the real estate market.
