- Luxury increased by 11%-31%

The number of female investors in Dubai real estate market increased in 2023.
According to Dubai Land Department (DLD), compared to 2022:
- Number of Female Investors rose by 42.5% to 38,059
- Number of Investments rose by 39.8% to 46,725
- Value rose by 53.9% to $24.6 Billion
