The copper skyscraper, One Residence, has been announced in Dubai
The premium $327 million project was created by the architect Brad Wilkins, known for designing iconic skyscrapers.
The 30-storey building with a unique copper facade and rounded balconies will include 453 residences:
- Studios
- 1 and 2-bedroom Apartments
- Penthouses
Features:

- Gym and Yoga Studio
- Zen Garden and Lounges
- Picnic and BBQ Areas
- Golf Simulator and Movie Theatre
- Kids' Club and Trampoline Park
Also for residents: 24/7 valet, on-demand chef and laundry services.
