Now, investors don't have to stay in the UAE for up to 3 weeks to obtain the visa.

12–15 Working Days – Standard
To submit an application, the investor should provide:
- Title Deed or Certificate of Ownership of the Off-plan Property (Oqood) for Properties from $545,000
- Statement of Account from the Developer
The Golden Visa for Off-plan properties is still subject to special approval.
