Underwater Villas and Coral Gardens

Developer, Kleindienst Group, will establish a maritime facility in Ras Al Khaimah

The Austrian company in partnership with RAK Ports will launch a shipyard that will comprise of 4 sections:

1. Viking – the design of a 144m giga-yacht. It will place the UAE along with European countries capable of constructing giga-yachts. There are less than 100 giga-yachts across the entire world
2. Tug – barges, supply, and transportation vessels
3. Ferry – passenger transportation, fishing and sailing boats
4. Coral Garden:

– The Floating Seahorse Villas – three-storey villas with an underwater basement and coral gardens

– The Floating Venice

– The Floating Lido Hotel

– Floating Solar Systems

The shipyard will also host a Maritime Academy.
