Dubai residential capital values rose in August 2022 according to the ValuStart Index (VPI)
Compared to July 2022, VPI by 1%:
- For villas by 1.3%
- For apartments by 0.7%
Compared to August 2021, VPI by 16.5%:
- For villas by 28.1%
- For apartments by 7.9%
It is the slowest monthly growth rate since March 2021. Areas with the highest annual capital gains: Villas
- Arabian Ranches by 33.3%
- Jumeirah Islands by 31.9%
- Palm Jumeirah by 29%
Apartments
- Palm Jumeirah by 18.2%
- Burj Khalifa by 16.7%
- JBR by 13.7%
Dubai South signed an agreement with logistics company, Maersk Kanoo UAE
For the construction of its new warehousing and distribution facility, Maersk Integrated Logistics Centre DWC, in Dubai. Dubai South Logistics District Area – 15,000m² The facility will have a capacity to cater to:
- 15,000 pallet positions
- 10,000 bin locations
