Villas Construction on Palm Jebel Ali

The developer, Nakheel, has signed the first 3 construction contracts for Palm Jebel Ali

The $1.36 billion works include 723 villas on the first 6 fronds of the artificial archipelago, landscaping, the development of a network of roads and integrated utilities.

The contracts were awarded to some of the largest construction firms in the Middle East:

• Ginco General Contracting
• Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast
• United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC)

Their portfolios feature:

– Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

– Villas in Arabian Ranches

– DEWA Headquarters

The first villas were instantly sold out at the start of sales in September 2023.
