World's First Hotel with Coral Reefs

The Boutique hotel in Andalusian style, Marbella Resort Hotel, is set to open in Dubai 

 The $272 million project, managed by the global hotel chain, IHG Hotels & Resorts, will boast 150 rooms.

Location: The World Islands

In addition to private access to 500,000m² of coral reefs, the hotel will include:

• Snow Plaza with Après-ski Bar
• Arabian Spa
• Restaurants Serving Spanish Cuisine
• Diving and Snorkeling

Completion – 2025

The new hotel under the Rove Hotels brand, with direct access to The Walk, has opened in JBR

The opening of the Rove JBR has increased the chain's number of rooms in Dubai to 3,600.
