- Yas Island is a man-made island in Abu Dhabi with an area of 25km². The project is worth $36 billion. There are amusement parks (Ferrari World, Yas Waterland, Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi, etc.), the Yas Marina Circuit, the venue for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, hotels and shopping malls.
- Aldar Headquarters building in Abu Dhabi is designed in the shape of a seashell. It is the first circular skyscraper in the world. The project won the Best Futuristic Design (Building Exchange conference, Valencia, 2008) and Best Architecture (CNBC Arabian Property Awards, 2009) awards.
- Qazaqstan is one of the skyscrapers of the mixed-use development complex, Abu Dhabi Plaza, in Astana, Kazakhstan. It is the highest building in Central Asia (320 metres).
In 2008, Aldar Properties became the first developer in the world, which received the prestigious award «Best Health and Safety Achievement in Construction» by the Safety and Health Practitioner (SHP) and the Institute in Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). In 2011, the developer received 2 awards at the main annual competition in the Middle East in the field of construction and architecture, Cityscape Awards for Real Estate:
