Dubai Properties

One of Dubai's largest property developers, Dubai Properties, was formerly known as Estithmaar Realty. In 2005 it became part of the state corporation Dubai Holding with activities in 10 business sectors and in 13 countries. The company was originally founded for construction Jumeirah Beach Residence – the world's largest single phase residential project. The large-scale development in the Dubai Marina district consists of 40 buildings (35 towers + 5 hotels) from 17 to 49 floors. The capacity is about 15,000 people. Includes walking boulevard 1.7km, shopping and entertainment centre, beach. In 2018, another flagship project, 1/JBR, was awarded the prestigious Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets as the best future medium- to high-rise residential project in the UAE.
