Shapoorji Pallonji was the first Indian construction company to enter the Middle East in 1971, when it won the global tender for the Al Alam Palace for Sultan Qaboos of Oman. Since then, the company has participated in numerous high profile projects in countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, etc. As a contractor, it performed construction for the projects of developers Emaar and Nshama in Dubai, participated in the construction of the airport in Nice and other projects. Flagship project:
- Imperial Avenue – a 45-storey residential complex in the heart of modern Dubai, Downtown Dubai. It Includes premium apartments with smart home technology, penthouses and villas with private pools and spacious terraces, 5-level parking.
