Yas Holding has launched a new real estate division

Abu Dhabi investment group, Yas Holding has launched a new real estate division.

The goal is to deliver exclusive homes in sought-after locations in the UAE. The division will unveil its first draft in the coming weeks.

Investment company, Dubai Investments Group and hotel chain, Millennium Hotels & Resorts will open the Grand Millennium Resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

Marjan Island The luxury resort will include:

• Hotel with 300 beds
• Signature restaurants
• Variety of beach activities

Asset management company, Global Partners Limited raised $212 million in investments
