July 2023 Results – Real Estate Market Records according to the Dubai Land Department report

– In July 2023, 11,092 property sales transactions worth $10.3 billion were completed in Dubai.

This is the highest figure for the month of July since 2010.

Property deals show a 55% volume rise and an 80% value increase compared to July 2022.

• 5,889 transactions worth $6.9 billion – Existing Properties
• 5,203 transactions worth $3.4 billion – Off-plan Properties

Compared to July 2022:

• Existing volume rose by 40%, the value went up by 71%
• Off-plan volume increased by 75%, the value rose by 98%
