Completion date of new Dubai Urban Tech District, Naresco Contract for Skyz Tower construction

The new Dubai Urban Tech District will be completed by 2030.

Al Jaddaf Built-up area – 140,000m² The Dubai Urban Tech District is expected to become the world’s largest urban tech district and a global hub for urban innovation. It is set to create 4,000 jobs in such areas as:

• Green urban technology
• Education, etc.

Majid Al Futtaim - Communities, a part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, has awarded a $218 million contract to Indian conglomerate, Shapoorji Pallonji.

For the construction of 808 villas across the Aura and Aura Gardens projects in the Tilal Al Ghaf community in Dubai. Estimated completion – 2024

Danube Properties has signed up Naresco Contracting for the construction of a high-rise residential development, Skyz Tower, in Dubai.
